For medicine order within India, the medcine are shipped within 1 working day from the order date by our courier partner
In order to cancel your medicine order , please write within 1 day from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy
For cancelled orders before the medicine shipping, full order amount will be refunded until specified otherwise. Kindly mail your cancellation and refund request to online.drzahid@gmail.com)
In case an order is cancelled after the medicine(s) has been shipped, a refund will be made after deducting the shipping and packing forwarding charges.

You will have to return the medicine to our following address at your own expenses :

In case of delivery of spilled, damaged medicine, we will send you a replacement medicine after receiving satisfactory proofs of damage from the buyer.
Refunds in such a case will be solely at the discretion of Dr Zahid Shah

All disputes and arbitrations are subject to Bhiwandi jurisdiction only.
